Tradesoft’s experience in CRM application implementations date back to year 2000 initiated with the customer requirements of synchronized multi-channel end-to-end solutions in the capital markets field. Tradesoft completed its first Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation in 2004 and then went on to complete more than 20 projects with significant customization developments and integration implementations to back office systems both in version 1.2, 3.0 and 4.0 of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Tradesoft is well regarded by its clients due to its innovative approach and deep customization & integration capabilities supported by the in house software development expertise. Tradesoft has been chosen as the CRM partner of the year, in every year starting from the year 2004 to 2009 by Microsoft Turkey.

Established in 1997 as a joint venture between Hyundai and Turkish Kibar Holding, Hyundai Turkey has a manufacturing capability of 125,000 vehicles per year and also distributes Hyundai branded vehicles throughout Turkey. Current number of users of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM v3.0 application is 1,250 – the solution is used for sales & service automation at approximately 100 dealers, by the field sales force and at the head office customer service center. The web based application is integrated with the web based dealer operations application and the vehicle financing application.
 
 
 
A subsidiary of Anadolu Group in Turkey, KIA Turkey distributes KIA vehicles through 40 dealers around Turkey. KIA Turkey operations are using Microsoft Dynamics CRM v1.2 throughout this dealer network – there are 250 users of this predominantly sales automation application which is integrated to the Microsoft Dynamics AX head office ERP application through a locally developed integration solution.
 
 
Borusan Otomotiv is the Turkish importer and distributor of BMW cars and motorcycles, MINI cars and Land Rover vehicles. Borusan Otomotiv selected Microsoft Dynamics CRM two years ago and is currently in production with 200 active users of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM v3 solution at company owned retail operations and at the head office for sales automation and marketing functionality. This application is integrated to various other applications (such as supply chain management and operational systems) including legacy applications running on IBM AS/400 servers. Borusan Otomotiv is planning to expand the use of this application with the addition of a customer portal and additional dealers upgrading to Microsoft Dynamics CRM throughout Turkey.
 
 
Volvo Construction Equipments (CE) Turkish office prefers Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution in order to provide customer satisfaction to the highest level and to follow current sales. In the first phase of the solution, the functions of following spare part sales, vehicle tracking, and the tracking of competitors are dealt with. It has almost 60 users.
 
 
Motorplus company is a company which exports jeeps and commercial vehicles to many places throughout the world. The company prefers Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution to the CRM solution, which they used before. The company uses the solution to manage company operations, to create offers, orders and invoices in sales operations. They enabled full automation by integrating their websites to CRM.
 
 
In partnership with Microsoft Services, Tradesoft has recently designed and built a Microsoft CRM v3 based complaint management solution for Barclays Bank’s Dubai based United Arab Emirates subsidiary. This solution then was implemented in Barclays subsidiary in Egpyt by a Tradesoft consultancy team bringing the total number of users to 355. Tradesoft has assisted also Microsoft Services to roll out this solution in the Barclays subsidiary in India.
 
 
Burgan Bank, a leading bank in Kuwait, prefers Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 as the customer relationships solution. In call centers and branches, an implementation which includes sales automation and campaign management is established. BurganBank is having implemented CRM system that enables the management of all operations regarding customers to be shown on just one screen, have also implemented other phases since the solution has proved a successful one. CRM integrates fully with banking systems and has almost 200 users.
 
 
Bank Pozitif is a dynamic Turkish bank with an innovative approach to customer centric retail banking through a dense network of customer friendly branches that is currently being developed. A joint venture between Israel’s Bank Hapoalim and Turkish Investors, Bank Pozitif decided to standardize on Microsoft Dynamics CRM v3 as the branch front-end application providing customer acquisition, customer care & service and marketing functionality. Furthermore, most of the retail banking related transactions will be performed through custom built forms and screens that interact with the web services provided by the core banking application and the other back office applications allowing the use of a single CRM focused desktop at the branch level. Currently the first phase of the implementation is in production for 200 users in the Turkish branch network; additional functionality to optimize customer facing processes within the organization will be delivered in the upcoming phase two. Bank Pozitif has also decided to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM at its leasing subsidiary and is planning to utilize the same solution at its recently acquired Kazakhstan retail banking operations.
 
 
Establishment based on the first half of the nineteenth century, Aegon with companies operating at more than 20 markets in USA, Europe and Asia to provide most optimal products and the services to the customer’s financial requirement has purchased all of the shares of the Ankara Emeklilik A.Ş and changed the name of the company as Aegon Emeklilik and Hayat A.Ş. The Process, began in 2005 with implementation Microsoft Dynamics v1.2 has continued with Microsoft Dynamics v4.0 with 500 users. All the consultant and the employees of the company has been using Activities and the sales module with the workflows and the reports working on them to increase the market’s share and provide quality service. Since September 2009 , The Service module has been used by the call Center and the back office.
 
 
Ak Yatırım is one of the leading securities brokerage businesses in Turkey and is the subsidiary of Akbank which is owned by the Sabancı Holding of Turkey with a minority investment by Citibank. Ak Yatırım is using a ten user Microsoft CRM v3 solution in servicing international institutional clients – predominantly providing current research based on the profile of the client through a customized e-mailing infrastructure.
 
 
Dynamics CRM 4.0 has 55 users. Works with the leading insurance companies of Turkey. Follows up the insurance, automobile insurance and risk management that the customers purchased with CRM 4.0. Provides offers presented to the customers (corporate/individual) and their managements. The activity management and modernization of business processes are also executed on the system.
 
 
Dynamics CRM 4.0 is used. All the related real estate projects are followed with details. The reports about the latest status of the projects are created using this information. The documents produced in projects are managed with CRM and SharePoint integration, enabling information to travel between the Istanbul Central Office and the office in Dubai. The management of the activities between employees is followed from the system.
 
 
Dynamics CRM 4.0 is used. The stocks that people in the customer portfolio are interested in are segmented according to sector and investment tools. Activity and process management are executed on the system. Instant mails are sent to the e-mail groups created.
 
 
Burger King Turkey (Tab Gıda, a subsidiary of Ata Holding) is one of the largest franchises in the Burger King system with approximately 350 restaurants in Turkey and Northern Cyprus. As one of the most innovative franchisees, Burger King Turkey established a call center and a web site through which customers can place delivery orders. A customized call center application with CTI integration to the existing infrastructure and the corresponding restaurant application were built using the platform services of Microsoft Dynamics CRM v3.0 and are currently servicing approximately 100 delivery restaurants and the 90 seat call center situated in İstanbul, Turkey. This has been a very successful service with more than one million customers and more than five million delivery orders in about 48 months since inception. Currently Tab Gıda is rolling out the Sbarro Italian restaurant chain in Turkey and the delivery business of Sbarro will also be integrated with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application.
 
 
İşNet is a subsidiary of Türkiye İş Bankası – one of the largest Turkish banks – and is an alternative telecom carrier providing voice and data network services to corporate customers and is the largest private satellite communications provider in Turkey. İşNet chose Microsoft Dynamics CRM v1.2 in 2005 and implemented a sales automation support application for its corporate sales team of 20 professionals.
 
 
Borusan Telekom is an alternative telecom carrier providing voice, data, Internet and network access services to more than 1,000 corporate clients through 40 access points in Turkey and in Europe. Borusan Telekom is the first company to standardize on Microsoft Dynamics CRM v1.2 in Turkey and started using the application in 2004. With about 70 users, Borusan Telekom continues to utilize the application for sales and service automation functionality.
 
 
OlmukSA is a joint venture between International Paper and Sabancı Holding of Turkey and is one of the largest paper and packaging producers in Turkey. With six factories in Turkey, OlmukSA establishes long term relationships with a large number of corporate industrial clients in diverse industries. OlmukSA has recently implemented a Microsoft Dynamics CRM v3 to automate its customer facing sales & service processes for 50 users.
 
 
Borusan Lojistik is a Borusan Group company providing port management,  integrated logistics and customs clearance services to corporate industrial clients in diverse fields including automotive, steel, durables, food and electrical appliances industries. In 2005, Borusan Lojistik decided to utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM v1.2 application in a 50 user implementation to provide a sales and service automation infrastructure to its customer facing teams. The application is also integrated with the back office application as well as the group wide customer feedback application.
 
 
BimSA is a Sabancı Holding subsidiary – established in 1975 - and has since been one of Turkey's leading system integrators. It aims to meet all information technology needs of medium and large scale enterprises including hardware, software, operation, technical services, consultancy and customized applications and to offer the best solutions for its clients. As a Microsoft partner, BimSA has recently decided to standardize on Microsoft Dynamics CRM v3.0 solution integrated to its back office ERP application. With about 40 users, BimSA will be providing process automation and a central information repository for its sales and service operations.
 
 
Dynamics CRM 4.0 has 40 users. In Doğan Telekom, management of the offers presented to the customers and offer-approval mechanism management are applied. From offer to order, from order to invoice, there is management of all sales processes.The invoice is integrated into the SAP system from CRM. The call center follows the incoming calls from CRM. The follow up of the escalation processes are controlled with work flows. The follow up of services such as, customer inventory management, domain due dates, are also performed on CRM. All the contract details which are provided to the customers are recorded.
 
 
Dynamics CRM 4.0 has 50 users. Dedeman performs sales team appointment management on CRM. Appointments are controlled in order to prevent overlapping of visits of teams in the same or different city to the same customer. Activities such as hotel presentations for customers are also recorded on CRM.

Urtim is an İstanbul, Turkey based producer of construction equipment and has the capacity to produce 100.000m² formwork, 200.000m³ scaffold materials per year. KalDer (“Kalite Derneği”) is the Turkish Quality Association providing training, consultancy, conferences to the Turkish industry as well as awarding the annual quality “oscars” in Turkey. Türkpetrol Vakfı is an İstanbul based educational foundation that provides scholarships and fellowships to gifted students at both domestic and international educational institutions. Over the 40+ year history of the foundation, TPV has provided assistance to more than 7,000 individuals. Recently, TPV decided to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM v3 to maintain its database of scholarship recipients as well as to establish an on-going communication platform with existing scholarship recipients and potential candidates.
 
 
United Lawyers Office (BAB) is a law office which provides assistance service with its 291 professional and experienced lawyers in 79 cities in Turkey. The office includes assistants who are all experts in their own field. On the Debtors Creditors Platform there is a unique xRM solution created using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 as the infrastructure, BAB manages commercial law; law of obligations and execution; analysis, evaluation, follow up and audit of the non-performing loans of banks and credit corporations, which are important parts of the business area. With the Debtors Creditors Platform; coordination between the customer companies and lawyers; planning, following and reporting all the processes of legal transactions are facilitated and the efficiency of the lawyers is thus, significantly improved. New functions are added to the Debtors Creditors Platform regularly, and the legal process management is improving more and more each day.
 
 
Dynamics CRM 4.0 has 10 users. Follow up of the devices used for vehicle tracking system on customers. The operations performed on the devices, backgrounds of the devices, and the installed accessories are monitored. They also manage the demands of customers with CRM system work flow support within the scope of services. The background of each device automatically includes the service activities performed. In the sales process; offer, order and invoicing managements are carried out. The automatic creation of service invoices are set up for specific time periods and the processes of invoicing are administered on the date due.
 
 
Dynamics CRM 4.0 has 70 users. Probil preferred Dynamics CRM 4.0 software by deactivating CRM software was used before. With CRM software, order management is performed on a large scale. Every phase of the orders is followed within the scope of the system.According to the type of customer, offer-approval mechanism with 3 phases is dynamically established with work flow support. The Pipeline reports are followed on a product and customer basis from entered offer collection and payment plans.
 
 
Dynamics CRM 4.0 has 50 users. Calculation and follow up of the points the customers earn with sales made to the customers subjects such as customer case follow up is executed on CRM. The flow of new products and new invoices to CRM, and the flow of newly created customers or potential customers in CRM to NETSIS are organized through the double sided integration with NETSIS system. In addition to these, the campaign presented CRM SMS integration for the sending of SMS messages.

Tradesoft Business Services is one of the most active Microsoft Dynamics NAV partners in Turkey providing installation, configuration, customization and integration services to firms both in Turkey and abroad. Starting in late 2004 with a core team of experienced ERP consultants, Tradesoft expanded its customer base by providing services to both Turkish firms and the local subsidiaries of several international firms. Within this effort, Tradesoft also completed implementations for international subsidiaries of a Turkish multinational.
 
 
The following describes some of Tradesoft’s Microsoft Dynamics NAV clients:
 
 
Ülker is synonymous with chocolate and biscuits in Turkey and in many other countries – it can be termed as “the” Turkish Foods multinational. In fact, Ülker either produces in or exports to more than 100 countries. Yıldız Holding is the international arm of Ülker consisting of both production and distribution operations in many countries in the Middle East and Africa, Central Asia and Europe.In 2005, Yıldız Holding management decided to standardize on Microsoft Dynamics NAV for its international subsidiaries and chose the then ongoing production and distribution investment in Romania to pilot the Microsoft Dynamics NAV. After a sixty day successful implementation at Eurex Alimentare Srl., Ülker decided to roll the application out to German distribution operations (GF Lovell Gmbh) and Dutch operations (Basic Commodities NV) and then to Algerian production and distribution subsidiary Bisquiterie Chercell. Currently, Ülker is planning to extend this “hub and spoke” concept to its subsidiaries in Kazakhstan and Ukraine in the near future with more countries to be brought into this structure in the future.
 
 
Tradesoft has implemented Microsoft Dynamics NAV finance, supply chain, production and distribution functionality for 15 concurrent users at both the Romanian and Algerian implementations and chose local qualified Microsoft Dynamics NAV partners in these countries for ongoing support and maintenance. Furthermore, Tradesoft developed and implemented Ülker specific promotions, rebates and quality control enhancements to the Microsoft Dynamics NAV product.
 
 
Ferrero Çikolata is the Turkish warehousing and distribution subsidiary of the Italian Ferrero confectionery group world renowned for its Nutella, Kinder Surprise, Rocher, Tic Tac and other branded chocolate and confectionary products. Ferrero Çikolata has been using Microsoft Dynamics NAV since version 2.6 version. Tradesoft initiated support, maintenance, development and configuration support to Ferrero Çikolata with version 3.6 and has recently upgraded the installation to Microsoft Dynamics NAV 4.0 including finance, warehouse management, fixed assets and purchasing functionality. Besides implementing customized reporting capabilities, Tradesoft also built components for budget and operational performance data synchronization with Ferrero head office.
In the beginning of the year 2009, hazelnut picking operation of Ferrero, Tradesoft offered developments for the Turkish share of the international supply chain planning.
 
 
 
Fasdat Gıda Dağıtım is a subsidiary of Ata Holding providing supply chain & logistics services to fast food chains and hotels in Turkey and Northern Cyprus. Established in 1995, Fasdat currently operates four warehouses providing dry goods storage and cold chain operations as well as providing delivery services through its large fleet of trucks. Among its customers are Burger King, Arby’s and Little Caesar’s restaurant chains and numerous hotels & holiday villages. Fasdat initially implemented finance functionality of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 4.0 and then added purchasing, warehouse management functions at its 30 user installation. Tradesoft continues to build custom functionality for this application – examples are real time integration to ordering restaurants, forecasting purchasing quantities and customized shelf life monitoring. Fasdat has been providing storage and distribution services for IGLO Turkey. The operations IGLO demands from Fasdat are performed on Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Fasdat started to offer a cold air bounded warehouse service and 3rd Storage service by doubling its capacity in 2009. Fasdat also manages the operations of 3PL service it offers to its customers, with the software Tradesoft developed on Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
 
 
Progıda is a Turkish food processing business specializing in hazelnut processing and is majority owned by the German firm of Pisani & Rickertsen. Progıda operates a modern hazelnut processing plant in Giresun. Recently, Progıda decided to implement the Microsoft Dynamics NAV 4.0 application – the implementation is jointly currently being done with the Microsoft Dynamics NAV partner ISN of Hamburg, Germany whose commodities industry specific add-on is being utilized.
 
 
Bermosan Gıda is a Turkish organic baby food business utilizing the “Berker” brand. Berker products are manufactured under contract by German and Swiss producers. Bermosan has started using Microsoft Dynamics NAV 4.0 finance, sales and purchasing functionality in 2006.
 
 
 
 
Atakom Ticaret continues its operations as the Cypriat distributor of Ulker. The company preferred Microsoft Dynamics NAV in 2008 so as to use the same language as Ulker and perform the operations more efficiently. Sales, purchases and all finance system are built on NAV 5.01 version for distributor structure and optimized for Cyprus legislations. Atakom Ticaret aims to develop alternative channels for its sales representatives by putting a mobile solution developed by Tradesoft into use.
 
 
Mardav Yalıtım is a Turkish joint venture between Dow Chemicals and Ravago of Belgium. Mardav distributes and markets construction materials specializing in insulation materials, facades, roofs and decorative elements. As one of the leading distributors of construction materials in Turkey, Mardav markets a wide range of products through multiple channels utilizing partnerships with Dupont, Armstrong and Kalekim among others. Mardav Isolation, preferred Microsoft Dynamics NAV 4.0 in its companies and affiliates, and put the application into service with 57 concurrent users in 2007. Mardav offered faster information to its dealers. Besides that the company improved the efficiency of the logistics and internal operations by managing the dealers with e-dealer portal that Tradesoft developed.
 
 
 Microsoft Dynamics NAV 4.0 has also been implemented by Tradesoft Business Solutions at Stoper Turkey (a subsidiary of Dow Chemicals ). Stoper is a construction materials manufacturing business based in Ankara. Benefits from the finance, sales, purchase and production functionality of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 4.03.
 
 
Wilo Pompa has been established in 1992 as the subsidiary of Wilo A.G. of Germany as the producer and distributor of pumps, boosters, expansion vessels and similar equipment. Wilo A.G. uses Microsoft Dynamics NAV at its many subsidiaries around the world connected to the central ERP system in a hub and spoke model. Wilo Pompa is currently using Microsoft Dynamics NAV 3.70 utilizing the finance, sales and customer service functionality. Wilo Pompa will start to perform the operations regarding its dealers on Wilo Info Portal, which will be put into service shortly. Tradesoft has implemented this application with particular emphasis on automated production feedback from the factory floor. Logicom Bilgi Teknolojileri Dağıtım is the Turkish subsidiary of Logicom Ltd. of Cyprus. Logicom distributes Cisco networking products throughout Turkey to the SMB market. Logicom is established in Turkey in December 2005 and decided to choose Microsoft Dynamics NAV to automate its finance, CRM and sales functionality. Implementation included integration with TNT logistics services and a web based channel automation through which channel partners can view stock availability and place orders. Logicom’s Microsoft Dynamics NAV CRM implementation is the first one of its kind in Turkey.
 
 
Ekin Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. which was founded in Istanbul in 1998 is the market and technology leader in Turkey in the fields of Smart Video Software and Hardware, and City Safety Management Systems. The company strengthened its position by merging with Yaşar Securities and OB Securities in 2001. Deutsche Bank, one of the biggest banks in Germany, started to continue its operations as Deutsche Securities after the acquisition of Bender Menkul Değerler A.Ş. in May, 2005. Finans Asset Management has been in operation since 2000, and has opened the door to many brand new investment opportunities for its investors with the products it offers.
