The first stage of interview process will be conducted by Human Resources Department. In the first stage candidates educational level, trainings, skills and work experience will be analyzed and matched with the vacant positions. The second stage of interviews will be conducted by participation of related department managers and directors.Candidates, who cannot be placed in a position as a result of the interviews, will have their records kept in the database to be evaluated at a later date as vacancies arise within the company.
