1994 – Born out of Ata Invest’s BPR process
1996 – Designed & implemented an award winning “Advanced Trading Platform” (ATP) system
1997 – Spun off from Ata Invest and established under the name Tradesoft Inc.
1997 – Released Portfolio Management Module
1997 – Reached 7 corporate customers

1998 ~ 1999
1998 – Released Virtual Branch / Intra Branch (Internet Trading Application)
1998 – Added 12 more corporate customers to the ATP family
1999 – Added 14 more corporate customers to the ATP family

2000 – Released IVR & Call Center Modules
2000 – First Siebel implementation goes live
2000 – Reached 40 corporate customers including blue-chip banks & brokerage firms
2001 – Initiated GTP project (Global Trading Platform)
2003 – TicaretNet and TradeSoft merge

2004 – First GTP/Mortgage International client (Infra Design/Ordina)
2004 – Microsoft CRM team established
2004 – Microsoft Navision team established

2005 – 2nd biggest CRM project in Europe, Hyundai
2005 – Microsoft CRM Partner of the year award
2005 – First Navision international project (Ülker Group)
